These rules have been put in place to make our sales run as smooth as possible and to keep it fair to everyone.

 

ARE THERE ANY REQUIREMENTS TO PARTICIPATE?

All buyers must be 18 years of age or older- no exceptions. If we discover you are under 18 and have claimed items, you will be banned from our Live Sales.   

 

HOW DO I CLAIM?

Please listen to product names, their numbers, and prices. To claim a crystal, you must type “Claim, the crystal #, the crystal name, and the price” For example, “Claim #2 Aventurine $20”.The first person to correctly claim an item, as shown on OUR screen, gets the item.

Due to different internet connection speeds, your comments will always show up first on your own screen.

 

HOW DOES SHIPPING WORK?

FREE shipping is included on orders up to $150 within the United States. There is a $5 FLAT RATE shipping for all orders under $150.If you live outside the U.S., we need your address in order to calculate your shipping costs, which will be invoiced with your items. If you place an order and your invoice is less than $150, you will be charged shipping. If you end up ordering again later that week and bring your weekly total to $150 or up, we will deduct the shipping you previously paid on that invoice. We will only ship to ONE ADDRESS PER INVOICE. If you require an order be split and sent to separate addresses, you will be charged for each additional shipping label. 
 

WHEN DO YOU SHIP?

Orders are shipped the following week, Mon-Fri. All orders from one customer within a weeks span are combined into one package, if a customer orders multiple days. You will receive tracking information via the email you provided us with for payment. If you have not received this shipping notification within 10 business days after your order was made, please message us and we will gladly resend it to you. If there is a holiday or vacation period for us, shipping times will vary. Winslow Naturals is not responsible for shipping delays and cannot guarantee arrival times/dates. We wrap orders to get them out as fast as we can, however please understand we are a small team, we have a high volume of orders (between 200-300 packages a week), and it takes a lot of time to wrap each stone securely so that you will receive it safe and undamaged. If your order includes customization (resizing, custom candles, etc), it will take additional processing time. If you want your order to be pushed to the front of the shipping queue, you can pay a rush processing fee.
 

CAN I SWITCH ITEMS/OR PUT ITEMS BACK AFTER THE LIVE?

KEEP. TRACK. OF. YOUR. CLAIMING. Claim responsibly and do not take anything off the tables that you will not be able to pay for. If you have claimed an item, you are expected to buy the item. Abuse of our Live Sale policies by excessive put-backs or swaps may limit your ability to participate. Once a live has ended, items cannot be put back, swapped, or cancelled. Backing out of orders or not communicating with us when an invoice is due will lead to a ban from our Live Sales. Please extend the courtesy of communicating with us ASAP if immediate payment is an issue. If payment has not been received within 24 hours, you will be banned from Live Sales.

HOW DO I PAY?

Please enter your name, TikTok/Instagram username, and mailing address below. You will receive an invoice once the live ends. The invoice will arrive through your email or PayPal (depending on if you have an existing PayPal account or not). If you have not received it within 12 hours, please follow up with us via email.

 

⚠️ All invoices are due within 24 hours.  Once this time period has passed, your unpaid invoice will be cancelled and the claimed items returned to stock. Once an invoice is cancelled, it cannot be reinstated. You will be banned/blocked from future sales. 

HOW WOULD I GET BANNED FROM LIVE SALES?

There are a several reasons you would be banned, including: behavior (during the live or via private messaging), not paying your invoice within the 24-hour allotted time frame, being underaged, not communicating with us regarding nonpayment or issues, attempting to poach our customers, being reported by other users for rude or uncalled for behavior, etc. We do not allow any other crystal or metaphysical companies on our lives. We reserve the right to refuse business to anyone.
